How to play Kalooki
Kalooki (or Kaluki) is a fast, exciting card game played by 2 to 4 players.
It's a variation of Gin Rummy popular in the UK, and very similar to the board game Rummikub.
The game is played with 2 decks of ordinary cards, plus 2 jokers. Each player is given 13 cards and
the winner is the first one to lay down all of their cards.
To do this, players have to form 'melds'. Melds are simply groups of cards that are related to
each other. There are two basic groups, Sets and Runs. A Set is a group of 3 or 4 cards of the
same rank. A Run is 3 or more consecutive cards of the same suit.
