Kalooki strategy
Secrecy is the most important thing to remember when playing Kalooki - you don't want your opponents to know what cards you need right until the last moment when you go out and win!
Tip 1 - watch your opponents carefully to see which cards they discard. Knowing this will help you
to decide which of your own cards to discard - ie throw away cards that they don't want!
Tip 2 - when discarding, keep cards that are related - they can help form runs and sets later.
Tip 3 - look for opportunities to pick up cards from the discard pile and use them to build.
Tip 4 - before your initial meld, only draw from the stock pile - don't let your opponents
see which cards are useful to you - they won't give you many more if you do!
Tip 5 - as the initial meld needs to be 51 (or 40), try to pick up high value
cards early on - but don't get caught with them later!
